What we're about

The San Diego Polymer Clay Guild (SDPCG) welcomes all Fimo and Sculpey artists and crafters. Monthly meetings include: demos and polymer clay tutorials, a ‘Show-and-Tell’ for your new creations, news about useful tools, books and resources. Become a member and check out polymer clay books, magazines and instructional videos from our library. We've been saving money with member discounts for clay, tools, upcoming classes and polymer related conferences since our founding in 1993. We meet the 2nd Monday of each month (except December) from 6:30pm to as late as 9:00pm. Library opens at 6:00pm. The location is Northminster Presbyterian Church at 4324 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, San Diego CA 92117. We also host monthly “Clay Day” gatherings on the 3rd Saturday each month (except December). In this open workshop we have the opportunity to work on our own polymer clay projects, learn from each other and enjoy a potluck lunch. Every October we host Sandy Camp, a 5 day polymer clay retreat at a local hotel. This event features demos and classes by internationally known teachers and artists. Its a great opportunity to share and learn from 75 other clay artists - and it always sells out! As a member of SDPCG you get a discount on registration and lodging and are first in line to register.
