Do you lace up your running shoes some days and only make it as far as the living room? Have you ever woken up with great intentions of running that never happen? Do you love the way you feel when you’re finished with a run, but have trouble motivating yourself to get started? If so, this group is for you! We’re a non-competitive social running group and enjoy meeting other awesome people while having fun and staying in shape. We welcome runners/joggers of all speeds and ability levels and encourage everyone to come out and do what you can.
On average, we cap our runs at 5K and meet at least once week with alternating routes. Once we have sweated it out for 3 miles we head over to a nearby restaurant for food and drinks, so come join the fun. It will be worth it!
