What we’re about

We have seen far too many running injuries that can be avoided, prevented, or corrected, through training on efficient body mechanics and proper running techniques. These injuries include plantar fasciitis (heel pain), shin splints, calf strain, achillis tendonitis, knee pain, ITB problems, hip pain, groin pain, and low back pain. The purpose of this group is to bring the awareness and understanding of injury prevention techniques to all runners who want to keep running without pain and who want to keep improving their performance.
