Some minor soreness in different areas, mostly when I try a new workout, technique, or terrain.
Longer distances, faster pace. Normal long run is 14 miles, but if I feel good, have gone up to 17. Would like to be able to go up to 50 or more.
My current pace is around a 10 min/mile. I would like to be able to run as fast as I did in 1989 (8:30 pace). For longer races, this will be desirable, since I don't want to spend too much time on the course.
Avid Triathlete back in the 1990s. Took a 15 year break, but on my comeback in 2005, found I still get running injuries. Started running barefoot (exclusively) in 2010 which has helped me lower my injury frequency greatly.
