This women's only, intro to Acro-yoga class is all about women helping women get strong, build confidence and reduce stress through exercise in a safe, supportive and non-competitive environment.
This weekly class teaches women how to build real core strength as a base, a flyer and a spotter. Learn how to activate and control your core muscles, improve your flexibility, boost your mood and increase lean muscle, while safely "basing", "flying" and "spotting".
