What we're about
There's enough agitation in the world. We don't need an aggressive yoga practice. Let's meet up to restore our bodies and minds through thoughtful yoga. We'll learn how to reclaim the beautiful, ancient science of yoga to support our bodies, spirits, and health. Programs will include supportive, grounding yoga practice, nourishing breath work, chanting, meditation, and discussions of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the first and foundational text to simply describe the experience of yoga. All bodies, hearts and minds welcome and encouraged.
