This group is open to anyone who needs some motivation to take at least 10,000 steps a day. We meet at different locations in San Diego. Each walk will last 1.5 to 2 hours. The goal of the group is to encourage people to develop a daily exercise routine while enjoying what our city has to offer. Perfect for those tracking steps on a FitBit or an iPhone Health app. We look forward to walking with you! Due to not knowing who will show up, we tend to start 5 minutes after the hour. We also usually arrive 20 minutes before.

We will be meeting an hour earlier than normal. This beautiful walk is 5 miles around. There is plenty of parking. We will meet at the Concession Stand/Bathrooms at 8:00 am. It should take about 1.5 hours. We look forward to seeing you there! As always remember to bring water, and put on sunscreen.
