-Minakshi Mukherjee - UX Design Manager, McAfee; former UX Architect at Walmart and Paypal

As a design leader in McAfee, Minakshi leads design teams (in-house, agencies & agencies) informulating design strategy and driving projects from concept-to-launch-to-continuousoptimization in Web, Mobile, Wearables, Consumer Electronics, Commerce, Monetization & IAareas. She leads/has led McAfee’s design efforts across a number of high profile, award winningproducts including McAfee Mobile Security (flagship mobile product), McAfee Unified Security(IOT initiative), McAfee Digital Commerce (McAfee’s online subscription platform) and others.

-Carina Ngai - Product Design Lead, Growth & Discovery, Coursera; former Senior Design Lead at Skype; former UX Design Lead, Augmented Reality Platforms, BlippAR; Google

Carina thrives in chaos, especially when things are not well-defined. With ambiguity, comes possibilities, as well as responsibilities. She is on a quest to define “the future of X”: always iterating and designing the design research process. She is currently Product Design Lead at Coursera. Prior to Coursera, Carina was the Product/UX Design Lead at Blippar, an augmented reality platform that enables users to interact with physical objects in the digital world. Throughout her career, she has helped to launch many successful products from zero to MVP in various domains. Among them were Google, Netflix, Samsung, and Adobe. She is also active in the design community and often speaks about the practice of design research, interaction design, and inclusive design, in various design conferences such as IXD, World Information Architecture Day, UX Summit, and SXSW Interactive.

-Elisa Heiken - Design Lead, PlayStation; former Director of UX at thredUP.com, Tophatter, and SAP

Elisa is a third generation psychologist turned UX designer. She discovered her passion for technology while completing her dissertation on Facebook's effect on self-esteem of adolescent women. Currently, she is leading the design of social experiences at Sony PlayStation. Prior to that, she was head of UX at thredUP, and has also worked on design teams at Google, SAP, and Tophatter.
