What we're about

Curious about the healing effects of the earths surface? Come Earth with us! I lead small groups of people into Golden Gate Park in SF to take part in Guided Earthing Meditations. Earthing has been proven to reduce stress in the body, boost mood, and help ease sleep disorders. During each session people will be asked to sit in barefoot contact with the earths surface for 30-45 minutes. You will be guided through a somatic (body oriented) visual meditation with the purpose of helping you reconnect to yourself and the earth.
