What we’re about

Social anxiety disorder makes us feel helpless and hopeless.  We isolate ourselves due to our fears of criticism and rejection.  The LGBT+ community is especially susceptible to emotional dysfunction. This group was established to challenge our negative and self-destructive perspectives.  You are not alone!  We provide a safe and empathetic space offering support, friendship, awareness, and treatment options.

We hold monthly online calls focusing on issues that impact our daily lives.  You will meet colleagues with the same concerns and experiences. Your organizers know social anxiety first-hand and recognize what you are going through.  Our primary objective is to provide a secure and confidential environment where you can share your stories and issues and get answers from persons who understand and care.

We also offer quarterly workshops.
