YOU ARE INVITED to experience this amazingly beneficial practice in classes that are open to all, beginner or regular practitioner. The teacher will guide you at your own pace and adapt positions to accommodate or challenge your personal limitations. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan powerfully combines the full spectrum of yogic tools-- pranayama (breathing technique), mantra (sound), asana (posture), mudra (hand position), bandha (body lock), meditation (mindful focus). The potent combination of these exercises serves to tone our muscular-skeletal body, balance our nervous and glandular systems, improve circulation and helps us to master our mind (thoughts and emotions). Learn how to use these tools to achieve lasting HEALTH and HAPPINESS. Please advise the teacher of health conditions before class. Wear comfy clothes to practice in and bring a scarf and drinking water.
