Let us introduce Kim with her bio.
Hi, my name is Kim. I am a beginner water-colorist and a curious creative at heart. I didn’t go to formal art school or take instruction classes, so I am self-taught through immersive experiences and sharing with other creatives. By profession, I am an early childhood educator in a program, that is inspired by an approach to art and education from the town of Reggio Emilia in Italy. Because I have been co-creating experiences with this medium, I have continued to explore watercolor painting alongside these young humans. I enjoy exploring both watercolor pencils and paints, and the freedom this medium allows me to explore with creativity. I find inspiration in creating expressive paintings and washes with lettering, loose florals, plants like succulents and leaves, and other natural elements.
We are so excited to have Kim as our guest teacher and we hope you will join us!
