Manny Fernandez is an active angel investor, serial entrepreneur and a partner at SF Angel, Inc.  SF Angel is an early stage seed fund that invests in early stage startups.

Manny has been successful in investing in his own ideas, then taking companies from startup status to exit. His success as a serial entrepreneur, his investing experience and his leadership skills inform his decisions as an angel investor/ early-stage VC  in Silicon Valley and beyond.  Manny attended Stanford University.

Sebastian Todt is an intrapreneur within Telefónica Digital, located in Europe, and is currently with Telefónica Ventures and the Strategic Initiative Team in Mountain View to identify potential investment candidates. Sebastian is focused on assessing business models and start-ups that fit within Telefonica's global business strategy and to find the right companies to invest in or partner.
Prior to coming to Silicon Valley Sebastian worked as Senior New Business Development Manager for the German Operating Business of Telefónica. While there he ran internal start-ups and worked in the transportation, cloud, insurance telematics, and digital signage sectors to seize new business opportunities for Telefónica. Before joining Telefónica Sebastian consulted with European companies where he developed deep expertise in telecommunications related services, products, and processes.
Independently, Sebastian works with select early stage firms as a strategic advisor / mentor shaping their business models, go to market strategies, and pitch presentations. His personal interests include; multi-sided business models, product development, transportation, and wearable consumer device sectors.
A native of Germany, Sebastian holds degrees in Sociology and Marketing Management and speaks two languages - German and English.




Assim Gupta is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor with Keiretsu Forum. He has more than 20 years of software development and business strategy experience and has worked with leading names in Silicon Valley like Apple, Google, Oracle, SGI etc. Assim's current focus is in mobile/ cloud based consumer services and products. He typically works with early stage companies which have some unique proposition in these areas.

Assim has an MBA in International Business as well as a BS in Electronics Engineering
