The culture of a company has never been more important than it is today.

Rarely does a company have a purposeful approach to building a culture. Yet it is what defines the natural reflexes of an organization, and it is the culture that impacts the performance of a team. This is true for large, more established companies, and start-ups.

Rick Belluzzo, former tech executive for HP and Microsoft, discusses how to build and change cultures, and why companies should make it a part of their vision and strategic plan.
