For Silicon Valley tech companies, legal strategies goes hand in hand with business strategies as startups formulate their revenue model, how to enter the marketplace, and determine how to leverage their intellectual property. This panel of startup lawyers will cover the legal, corporate, IP and employment law basics of legal planning for a startup company that will help entrepreneurs maximize the value of their companies  and prepare them for financing and a successful exit.

The speakers will address the following issues:

1) How can startups best position their companies for success?

2) What traps should startups  avoid?

3) What should entrepreneurs  ask their lawyer, or tell their  lawyer, about their startup?

and more!

Come with your questions and scenarios.
