Speed workouts at KEZAR (CIM Training)

If you’re new to racing and/or want to reach the finish line faster, you should start doing some speed workouts. A bunch of us are training for CIM (California International Marathon - the fastest course to BQ in CA) and decide to safely start inserting some speed work into our training schedule. Let's force ourselves to break out of our comfort zone and start recruiting our previously unused fast-twitch muscle fibers.
