Underwater Rugby Practice in San Francisco
Bring your swim suit and towel to Martin Luther King Pool. The entrance is located at the playground in the park. We can probably find you swim fins but if you'd like full-sized fins ask here first. We can get in the water at 8:00pm, do some warm-ups, skills and drills, then scrimmage until about 9:30pm.
For newcomers the first time is free and provide gear and basic introduction to the sport. After that $10/practice.

Play underwater rugby in San Francisco! Two baskets at the bottom of the pool, one ball, three dimensions to move in and six players between your team and the goal. Underwater rugby is a fast paced team sport where players jostle underwater to score a goal at the bottom of the pool.
