We are a group dedicated to bettering our fitness & nutrition by using the BeachBody programs & resources. All of us have started from our own Step Zero and used this BeachBody group to push us towards our goals. Some of us are there, most of us are still working hard. We have online challenges once a month that you can do from your own home & on your own time. The challenges include all of us working together, holding each other accountable. We get weekly meal plans during the challenges with grocery lists already included so it's super easy to follow. The meal plans are based on portion controlling and do NOT exclude any food groups. (21 Day Fix program). You will choose a Beachbody workout program that best suits you and there is a secret Facebook group, to help with the support, motivation & nutrition/fitness insider tips. So our group includes workouts, meal plans & accountability/support. Having all 3 of these working together really gets us the results we want to see! We also do in-person fit clubs where we all meet up and try a Beachbody workout together & taste test Shakeology. We also do other fitness activities outside of Beachbody like weekend hikes with our families, kids & dogs.
