In the book a Western psychiatrist, Howard Cutler, interviews His Holiness the Dalai Lama in order to explore the middle ground between Western psychology and Buddhism. The Art of Happiness is very clear and accessible and shows how Buddhist wisdom, mind training techniques and meditation can make your life both more meaningful and joyful. Join us as we make this journey together.
