What we're about

I call upon all the nerds and geeks who have the inner desire to level up their life one rep at a time! We will meet up once every other week at either my gym or at a park. Workouts are free! If you need help with some consultations on how to increase your strength, power, speed, endurance or health we can definitely help you with that too.

Full disclaimer - I do own the only nerdout and workout gym in San Jose but this is not about selling memberships or pushing sales. This is about creating a community who wants to increase their power level with like minded individuals. All workouts will be 45 to 60 minutes long and are open to ALL fitness levels! The first workout will be set sometime in November titled "The Path of the Jedi!"

My goal for this group is to further level up the underdogs out there who may not have time or resources to dedicate to being a member at a gym but still need the guidance a coach can provide to surpass their own expectations.
