This is a group for anyone with a desire and vision to improve their health and fitness. Understanding what self-care means and how managing all area of your life can help can lead to better health and a more active lifestyle. Each meeting will present opportunities for member to learn how to bring small changes into their everyday activities to improve their well-being.
This group is open to all but will be especially beneficial to anyone over 50 and looking to change old not so healthy habits.
