But between the different diet trends and conflicting research findings, it seems we're more confused than ever about what and how much to eat, particularly when it comes to protein, carbohydrates and fat. What's needed for a healthy eating plan? How much protein does the body need? How much is too much when it comes to fats? What is good carbs? Let's get together and explore these questions as we start planning meals that provides the nutrients our body needs and the taste we crave 😊

What is your vision for good health this month? What will you do to make the vision real?
This is a group for anyone with a desire and vision to improve their health and fitness. Understanding what self-care means and how managing all area of your life can help can lead to better health and a more active lifestyle. Each meeting will present opportunities for member to learn how to bring small changes into their everyday activities to improve their well-being.

This group is open to all but will be especially beneficial to anyone over 50 and looking to change old not so healthy habits.
