Weekly trail run, good for interval training up and down the hill or just building strength and endurance walking. There's a great loop with a couple big hills, but the trails go everywhere so you can pick and chose.
I noticed there weren't too many run/walk/hike groups for those of us living in San Pedro, so if you are in the vicinity, this is a group for you. I like the motivation and accountability that meeting up with others provides for getting out and exercising. I'm a fan of early morning workouts and evenings, so lots of those. Mostly 45-60 minutes to get the blood pumping and getting a good workout at whatever pace you need or want. My goal is to get better. I love to hike, run, trail run, and exercise outdoors -- and looking to meet some motivational partners in the area.
