What we're about
The purpose of this meetup is to introduce others to the techniques and procedures of mud running, specifically - Spartan Races. Most meetups will be a trail run of some sort, but we will also include hands on obstacle training, social gatherings and other extra- curricular related activities.
If you want to meet some new fitness minded folks, enjoy jogging trails and the occasional Sunday Funday, this is the group for you!
Be prepared to run a minimum of 3-4 miles on Sunday (plus heavy carries, pulls and drag exercises) and work vigorously for 60 minutes on Wednesday nights.
