Let's take a spring trip to Yosemite National Park to do one of two itineraries depending on the weather conditions and trail status the week of. You should be an experienced backpacker with a fun, adventurous, go-with-the-flow attitude. The week of the trip, I'll check the weather reports and choose the itinerary. If weather is good with low/no snow and the Four Mile or Panorama Trails are open we'll go to Glacier Point; the backup will be Itinerary 2 to Hetch Hetchy, which is at a lower elevation.

MEETING POINT: Sat @ 4:00pm - Yosemite Valley Visitor Center

If we do this trip itinerary: Friday would be a travel day, camping Friday night at the Backpackers camp in the Valley. Saturday morning, take the Mist Trail to the top of Nevada Falls, then over to the Panorama Trail. Waterfalls should be flowing great!! . If the Four Mile Trail is open we'll make it a loop. Optional Sunday night stay in the Valley Backpacker camp.
