We all create movement every day. Developing this movement into an artistic expression and having FUN is my philosophy. All of my instruction follows a very structured easy to understand format based on muscle isolation. Layering these isolations are part Belly Dance and included in my instruction. Combinations, choreography, finger cymbals, veil, floor work, drum solo isolation and stylization are taught as well. This form of dance is a perfect low impact form of exercise, has great health benefits, and it's Fun Fun Fun!
