The World's End (2013) (Brit Comedy) (again!)

In case you missed last week's showing...I'm going again!  Yes...it's that awesome.  ;). If you love Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz...you'll love The World's End.

Five friends who reunite in an attempt to top their epic pub crawl from 20 years earlier unwittingly become humankind's only hope for survival.

The World's End (2013) (Trailer below)

"20 years after attempting an epic pub crawl, five childhood friends reunite when one of them becomes hell bent on trying the drinking marathon again...attempting to reach the fabled pub, The World's End. As they attempt to reconcile the past and present, they realize the real struggle is for the future, not just theirs but humankind's. Reaching The World's End is the least of their worries."

Receiving a whopping 90% on RottenTomatoes.com, The World's End is the third installment/collaboration by director Edgar Wright and actors Simon Pegg and Nick Frost (the first two being the highly regarded Shaun of the Dead (2004) and Hot Fuzz (2007)).

Although this is another completely stand-alone film, if you're a fan of Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz ...The World's End is supposed to continue with the same feel.  Except this time, instead of zombies or police life...it's "a group of friends who discover an alien invasion during an epic pub crawl in their hometown."

I park on the street for the Gaslamp, but it's usually around 7th & Cedar (and I leave a half hour early to find a spot). It depends on how much you want to walk.

Having a hard time finding parking that's not $20. Any ideas?

Park it on market? Entrance on 6th between G and Market? It's not $1 an hour like on weeknights but might only be $10 or $12?

Since I walk there...I'm not 100% about Friday nights. Sorry!
