Join us and discover one of San Diego’s hidden treasures! Cedar Creek Falls (a.k.a. Devil's Punchbowl) is a beautiful hike which leads to a waterfall. There is a swimming hole at the bottom of the falls, where you can enjoy a swim or rest your feet in the water.

(Video: Waterfall) It’s about a 4.5 mile round trip hike. It is flat for the most part, EXCEPT at the beginning. We will be heading down a hill for about 20 minutes, which means we will be going up a hill on the way back. The hill is moderately steep, but don't worry. I saw a 3 legged dog do it (no, I'm not joking), so you can too! Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of water. Hiking shoes/boots or some form of athletic foot wear is recommended if you have it.
The hike will begin at noon, but if anyone wants to carpool, we can meet somewhere at 10:30am and leave from there. Please indicate in your RSVP if you need to carpool (or if you can help with driving). Let's hike!! David a.k.a デービット
