Thanks Juan for the great presentation and your patience getting us set up with the vagrant. Leon, I found a good article describing the value of Namespaces:

Have to miss this and following meetup - I will be traveling for three weeks. That's a pity because I was very interested in learning some Puppet staff.

If you are planing to come to the study group on Monday October 21st, please go through the tutorial It will take about an hour to setup for the firs time, and will be helpful if you come prepared :). Also bring your laptops. For more info check out our curriculum in the Basecamp page.

I think we'll probably spend the whole time working on Vagrant since there is a lot to cover. We can also talk about how to use Chef and Puppet, how to configure the Vagrantfile, and we should probably go over some basics of Terminal, virtual machines, etc...

Hey all, I have created a Curriculum for the study group focused on Symfony2 and some of its components. Check it out at our study group BaseCamp Project Page: If you don't have access to this project contact Nii A and request access. Constructive feedback on the curriculum is welcome. In the following meetup I hope to get everyone set up with a reproducible dev environment using vagrant and chef. Don't worry I have already taken care of the hard work and have created a repo and tutorial you can follow to get you up to speed, see for more info.
