GO AZTECS Circuit Training for Runners (Pacific Beach)

Join us at MOVIN SHOES every Thursday at 6pm for a Circuit Training for Runners class!

*** SPECIAL SDSU AZTEC Basketball Edition *** A few of the local fans will be headed to The Tap Room after Circuit to catch the game!

Circuit Training (which now is often repackaged in other forms) is a tried and true method for running improvement.'

Now that we have some SUNLIGHT (thank you Daylight Savings Time), we meet at Movin Shoes and run up to Kate Sessions Park. If you are a tad late, you can meet us directly at the park!

Our circuit focuses on movements that are running specific for strength in arms, legs and torso, but also includes rhythm work and specific quality running.

The class is free and open to the public.

Come one come all ... the exercises are created with an adaptive notion that allow the workout to work well for everyone from beginners to elites.

Join or login to comment.

Circuit training kicked my butt! Fun times during the workout and after party at Woodstock.
