Circuit Training for Runners (Pacific Beach)

Join us at MOVIN SHOES every Thursday at 6pm for a Circuit Training for Runners class!

Circuit Training (which now is often repackaged in other forms) is a tried and true method for running improvement.

Our circuit focuses on movements that are running specific for strength in arms, legs and torso, but also includes rhythm work and specific quality running.

The class is free and open to the public. 

Come one come all ... the exercises are created with an adaptive notion that allow the workout to work well for everyone from beginners to elites.

    Due to wind direction shifts and smokey air I think we will be cancelling this workout this week.

    I will be at the store still, if you come by ... we can see how it is, but better safe than breathing particulates.

    It could be a little smokey, so I am going to caution people from coming out if you are worried about heat or smoke. No need to get overwhelmed by these.

      Laura, it could be a bit warm and smokey. I will be there to run the workout, but if it gets too smokey we might not do the workout (better to be healthy).
