Circuit Training (which now is often repackaged in other forms) is a tried and true method for running improvement.
Our circuit focuses on movements that are running specific for strength in arms, legs and torso, but also includes rhythm work and specific quality running.
The class is free and open to the public.
Come one come all ... the exercises are created with an adaptive notion that allow the workout to work well for everyone from beginners to elites.
