At long last this classy & yet laid-back wine & cheese bar just "soft-opened" last week in downtown San Carlos. It is being run by 2 certified Sommeliers (Sue & Lillian) & a very heartily Chef Cynthia. Lillian is my wine & cheese go-to expert - her recommendations of Manchego or Epoisses work wonder & you'll not disappoint! Must order - Duck Rillettes by Chef's housemade slow-cooked duck. I was blown away by the amazing wines & food pairings when I visited last evening; you can tell a lot of effort & thought were put into it.
