Price for 9-day trip is $2,400 (November) / $2,600 (December) and includes :

Commercial flights to Havana are scheduled to begin December 1st, 2016. The airlines approved by the U.S. government for flights to Havana are American, JetBlue, Southwest, Delta, United, Alaska, Frontier, and Spirit.
Most airlines can provide you with a flight from your home city to Havana with a connection in various U.S. cities.
