Kundalini yoga is suitable for all levels, you practice it to your own limits. It works quickly, it is very effective, strengthens the nervous system, balances the glandular system, improves physical, emotional and mental health, releases stress, anxiety, anger. Strengthens the immune system. We practise with the eyes closed, concentrating within. Kundalini yoga is a combination of breath, movement, mantra and meditation. Working with the energy, moving throughout the body - healing, removing, adjusting, aligning. Balancing mind body and spirit. Every class is different as there are lots of different sets working on specific parts of the body or emotions. It will help you to become more relaxed, energised and able to cope with the stress of every day living...... We offer weekly drop in at £7.50 per lesson or block booking for £25 for four weeks. Please let me know which you prefer. booking is essential, We do request payment in advance to secure a place. Dress comfortably in loose, easy to move clothing, bring some water, try to eat light meals for a couple of hours before class. If you have a yoga mat and blanket/shawl please bring it along, otherwise let us know and we will bring one for you.
