The purpose of this group is to discuss how essential oils can help us live a healthy and energetic life. If you want to learn how to use essential oils for mood elevation, sleep assistance, to heal a part of your body or just how to make your overall health better, than this is the group for you. We will meet once a month for three hours to share our successes and to answer questions on how and when to use essential oils. We will discuss everything from books, recent medical findings, cooking with essential oils to our own personal health needs. I became serious about my journey to incorporate essential oils into my whole life two years ago and I want everyone to feel as good as I do!
