FABULOUS! Noey is an inspirational farmer who is genuinely passionate about farming and sharing her knowledge. She even let us visit her Cob House that she built with friends....amazing! It was wonderful to have Shu share his enthusiasm with us in the potato field...will visit again for more time with him.

Noey and Shu were great!!!! So informative. They really have a passion for the work they've chosen and do it so well. After 30 years of buying locally grown food and supporting the Slow Food movement, good to see the interest expanding, maybe competeing some with the huge commercial ag growers that have so little respect for the environment and the people they sell their product to.
