Listen to Mark Reynolds share how he and Mark Venus raise oysters and clams in Baja California and bring them to Ventura to sell at their gourmet concession stand in the San Buenaventura State Beach.Quoting Mark "We have 2 types of oyster (the Kumamoto and Pacific), we can try each raw and then sample one on the BBQ with some steamed clams. It will be fun to have a shucking instruction so I'd suggest that anyone with a shucking knife brings their own, otherwise we have some for sale at $5 each."
