This monthly event (that will alternate between Saturday and Sunday mornings and occasionally change locations) is a light easy hike, at a slow pace with minimal incline, that includes a 1 hour+ round trip hike and a 10-15 minute guided or silent meditation (varying themes: appreciation, mother earth, wellbeing, abundance, healing, love, release, self-love, gratitude, self realization).
Wise Women, join together in the spirit of this mindful appreciation hike in this beautiful city we live in. This will not be for the purpose of chatting or pushing ourselves physically, but for moving our bodies in a conscious way, noticing the beauty along the walk, feeling the connection with nature and the source of all that is, and being mindful -- intentionally noticing things to appreciate, calm, connect, and discover. We may pause from time to time to take in the sights and sounds that we so often ignore in our day-to-day lives.
