Meditation is an awakening. It is a way out of programmed thoughts to zero point, where there is no lens of the past or future, no triggers or agenda. It is a journey to all levels of our multidimensional self. This is a guided meditation group for those who want to learn how to meditate for transformation, healing and manifestation. We will demystify meditation and unlock unconscious blocks to living your best life. You can submit questions prior, or we can discuss together as a group. This sacred hour will be tailored to the group. I will create a guided meditation based on our collective intentions. Because on a molecular level, there is no separation, the world will benefit as well. We will be contributing to the greater good. Meditation has added so much harmony, wholeness and happiness to my life. My wish is to share this enriching gift.
