Analytics to Action: How to Use Data to Strengthen Marketing & Communications

We all know how to gather the data, right? We comb through Google analytics, our weekly Facebook reports, and look at how many folks actually opened our last email.

But how do we translate the analytics into ACTION items to support the causes we are working for?

Teresa Ruiz Decker, social media and marketing manager at UC Santa Cruz, will share some practical ways to put your data to work.
