The Santa Cruz Mindfulness and Spiritual Journeys in Nature group supports people who are dealing with chronic life overwhelm, emotional fatigue and are just wanting to create more room to breathe in their lives.

So many people are overwhelmed and experiencing the physical and emotional distress of past traumas, over-stimulation and great uncertainty in their lives. This constant stress can lead to chronic pain, emotional instability and loss of purpose. That’s why it is so important to adopt mindfulness and self-care practices so that you can heal your nervous system and navigate joyfully through life.

We provide you with experiences that assist you to calm your nervous system and create space in your life to integrate healthy changes so that you can...

We do this by teaching simple mindfulness, meditation and breathing exercises that you can learn in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
