What we're about

Weight loss, health and fitness journeys are always more successful when you surround yourself with people that hold you accountable and support your journey.

This group is to connect people at all levels of their weight loss journey, share the things that have worked best for us and plan meet ups, healthy cooking classes, fun active events and other social events that don’t revolve around things that would contribute to anyone’s failure but still allow us to be social.
