I created this meetup for people who love the beach and working out. I want to develop an incredible culture of people who love to have fun and work out. Workouts will involve Bodyweight exercises, cardio, mobility/flexibility, core stability, HIIT training, elements of Yoga, and aspects of animal flow. Great for all fitness levels. Great for people who want to become more mobile and functional. I will show exercises and strategies you can use at home. Also great for the more advanced. This will be a great way to get the maintenance work that you may have been too busy to get during the week. Come join the fun!
