It all began when one of our members had a fateful meeting with a French chef here in Los Angeles. Ouah! And thus, this French dinner was born.
We will be using two cookbooks, one "accessible" and one that will challenge you:
_Around My French Table_ by Dorie Greenspan
_Bouchon_ by Thomas Keller (GOOD LUCK! hahaha)
As with previous LACBC events:
Please post your dish of choice below at least 2 days before the event. We prefer dishes that can be served room temperature/cool or can be reheated in the microwave, and remember to bring a serving spoon/utensil to serve your dish.
If you need to use the oven or stove, PLEASE message for permission first.
