Welcome to Mindfulness Arts - Open Sunday Sessions

We meet from 2-4pm (usually on 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month.)
***DURING THE SUMMER - SOME OF THE DATES MAY BE CHANGED***ALL CHANGES WILL BE POSTED HERE****

Appropriate for all levels of experience.

Group is led by Stephanie Nash (who is also a Senior Teacher for Shinzen Young.)

We usually begin with an introduction, followed by a guided meditation (25-40 min). We then have discussion about our experience - and another guided meditation. This format varies from week to week.

Each session will explore sensory experience in interesting ways using mindfulness techniques - and also offer strategies for using mindfulness in daily life.

Please bring questions about your experience or practice (regardless of what kind of meditation you do or have tried.) Beginners are heartily welcomed.
