Thai food is food you can enjoy cooking as much as eating with easy authentic recipes. This is a group for anyone interested in Thai Asian Healthy Cooking. All skills levels are welcome. People who visited Thailand, always told me that Thai food here is not quite like the one in Thailand. They want to learn more about Thai Asian food but find it hard to get ingredients or not familiar with the cooking ingredients.
Cooking at home can be a daunting task, but a rewarding one for your diet and lifestyle (and your wallet). Making small changes in your diet is important to your heart health. When you prepare and cook meals at home, you have better control over the nutritional content and the overall healthfulness of the foods you eat. (You can also save money.)
There is a 4 person minimum for each meet up. And the maximum determined by the size of each space. The host and group will be able to choose from a series of menus prior to meet up. For example, how to make papaya salad, pad thai sauce, pad thai, tom yum or get to know how to make Thai Red Curry Paste from scratch. Each event lasts around 2-3 hours total including prep time, cooking time, eating, drinking and chatting together.
