Join us for an outdoor yoga class in beautiful Santa Monica. Come spend time in nature as we explore our bodies and minds through Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa styles of yoga, as well as breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga philosophy. All are welcome, whether you're brand new to yoga or have an experienced practice. I love sharing my practice with others and I'll be offering lots of cues and even hands-on adjustments to help you find your own personal practice, as well.
