TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX system leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.  With an encouraging instructor you will be motivated to do the exercises properly to maximizing effectiveness and minimizing any potential for injury.

TRX works for any fitness level.  The fundamental concept of "body weight suspension training" acts as a self regulating system in which strength is gained and movements are very controlled.  Many students with injuries experience beneficial therapeutic results.
