What we're about
If you love hoop dancing and yoga then look no further! We are here to teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced hoop mixed with a wonderful blend of Yoga to anybody who is interested. So if you have never hooped, are just starting, or are a longtime Hooper then this is the group for you. All are welcome, always.
This groups teacher, Michelle, is trained in yoga and is a longtime Hooper and will be teaching an intersection of yoga and hooping to improve our flexibility and strength and learning how to tie all of this into our hooping to improve our flow.
We have several hoops here, so people who are interested can try our classes without any need to spend money on expensive hoops before you know it is for you.
We can't wait to flow and hoop jam with you!!
