Join Corey Thomas where she will guide you through a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life. Corey teaches you how to connect into feeling with your body and use the power of your breath to bring aliveness into every cell. Deep breathing and Pranayama oxygenates and rejuvenates every cell in your body. Her classes are carefully sequenced for ALL-levels, always offering different down-level or up-level postures. Come stretch and strengthen your muscles and create space in your joints so you can walk through your life with more grace and ease.
Corey is a Certified Forrest Yoga Teacher, completing her Teacher Training in 2012 with Ana Forrest, the Founder of Forrest Yoga. Corey has also taken a 50 hour course on Bodywork and Anatomy as it pertains to Yoga and is pursuing Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
Ana Forrest is the Founder of Forrest Yoga, an Ordained Practitioner of Native American Medicine, and Reiki Master.
